By downloading, installing, or using Context Migrator (the "App") operated by Gazellia Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The Service is offered through auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Apple's App Store. Current plans include Plus ($9.99/month or $79.99/year) and Pro ($19.99/month or $149.99/year). Each plan grants the migration and chat-message quotas described inside the app at the point of purchase.

The migration feature requires you to sign in to your own ChatGPT account through an in-app browser window pointed at chatgpt.com. By using this feature, you represent and acknowledge the following:

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Gazellia Ventures LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service. The dual-layer extraction pipeline and context migration methodology are proprietary.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Termination and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

You may delete your account at any time, directly inside the app, by going to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account record, chat sessions, context profiles, and usage history from our systems. You may also email support@gazellia.com to request deletion. Deleting your Context Migrator account does not cancel your Apple subscription — you must cancel that separately in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gazellia Ventures LLC regarding the Service.
