Delete your account
You can delete your Context Migrator account and its data at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us.
Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app
This is immediate and needs no waiting on us.
- Open Context Migrator on your device.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm twice. The second prompt is the point of no return.
Your account and data are removed straight away.
Option 2 — ask us to delete it
If you can no longer sign in, or you would rather we did it, email us from the address on the account so we can identify it.

What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:

What is kept, and why
- Anonymised usage totals. We keep aggregate counts that are not linked to you or your account and cannot be traced back to you. They tell us how much the service is used overall.
- Records we are legally required to retain, such as tax and transaction records, for as long as the law requires.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so cancel yours before deleting your account or you may keep being charged.
- iPhone or iPad: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play, then your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions.
This cannot be undone
There is no recovery once an account is deleted. If you only want to stop using the app for a while, you can sign out instead and your data will be waiting for you.
